WE-DUBAI is the longest-standing, leading real estate agency in the Emirates. And not only real estate.... You've probably heard titles like leading, veteran, outstanding more than once — but that happens to be the reality. We've been here in Dubai since the day the Abraham Accords were signed, which means for close to six years we've been providing thousands of clients from Israel and around the world with real estate services — sourcing properties, sales, purchases, rentals and property management.
Finance and banking — mortgage financing, opening a bank account, Golden Visa. Relocation to Dubai — ending Israeli residency and establishing UAE residency. In short, everything required to complete real estate transactions in the Emirates for private and business clients, for residential and/or investment purposes, including all the comprehensive services required. We'll expand on this shortly, but first, the unique approach that is exclusive to WE-Dubai.

That's especially true when purchasing real estate in the Emirates in general, and during a relocation in particular. Experience shows it's very difficult to buy property in Dubai independently — and not only property. Opening a bank account, for example, or dealing with the authorities, is all done here strictly 'by the book,' with a very rigorous screening process in place. A small mistake in a document submitted to the bank is enough for a mortgage application to be rejected. That's why we're the ones who handle every step of the process for you, from start to finish.
